How to Make a Homemade Pink Lemonade
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup lemon peel strips (about 2 lemons)
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice -3 lemons
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 cups water or club soda
Add sugar and water to a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring it to a simmer. And whisk until sugar is dissolved.
Stir in the lemon strips, cook for 5-7 minutes, until you the mixture is reduced by half. Set aside to cool off.
Add strawberries and raspberries in a blender and blend until smooth.
In a pitcher, add the lemon syrup, the berries puree, and lemon juice.
Chill until cold.
